These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Skill Zone Academy website and your enrollment in our courses. By using our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Skill Zone Academy provides practical skills training through on-campus and online courses, including but not limited to digital marketing, freelancing, graphic design, web development, video editing, and Amazon virtual assistant training. Course details, durations, and fees are confirmed with you at enrollment and form part of these Terms.

3. Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed once we receive your registration details and the applicable fee or first installment.
• Courses are open to individuals aged 16 and above. Students under 18 should enroll with a parent or guardian's consent.
• We may limit batch sizes. If a batch is full, we will offer you the next available batch or a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Fees & Payments

• Course fees are confirmed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) at the time of enrollment.
• If an installment plan is agreed, installments must be paid by the agreed dates to continue attending classes.
• Payment instructions are shared at enrollment.
• Fees are subject to change for future batches; your fee is locked at the rate confirmed at enrollment.

5. Refund Policy

• If you have any concern about a payment or refund, contact us at 0329 3960858 and we will review your case fairly.
• If we cancel a course or batch, you will receive a full refund or a free transfer to another batch — your choice.

6. Classes & Conduct

• Students are expected to attend classes regularly and complete assignments to qualify for certification.
• We may reschedule individual sessions with reasonable notice; missed sessions are covered through recordings or makeup guidance where available.
• Disruptive behavior, harassment, or misuse of course materials may result in removal from the course without refund.

7. Certification

Students who complete the course requirements (attendance, assignments, and final project where applicable) receive a Skill Zone Academy course completion certificate.

8. Honest Expectations

We teach practical, in-demand skills and provide career and freelancing guidance. However, individual results depend on your effort, practice, and market conditions. We do not guarantee employment, clients, or any specific income.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including slides, videos, recordings, and assignments — are the property of Skill Zone Academy and are provided for your personal learning only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish them without our written permission.

Work you create during the course (your projects and portfolio pieces) remains yours.

10. Website Use

• The content on this website is for general information. While we keep it accurate, course details may change; the version confirmed at enrollment applies.
• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skill Zone Academy's liability is limited to the fee you paid for the course in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion; unresolved matters fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
